Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative

    • Manage BMG’s online presence including updating the website.

    • Monitor all participant questions through company inboxes. 

    • Register participants for programs including collecting and organizing contact information, liability waivers, and medical forms. 

    • Communicate with participants for all pre and post-program information including editing informational packets, updating and filing participant evaluations, and answering any participant questions. 

    • Manage the certification process including registering participants into the online curriculum and monitoring their progress, sending out completed certifications, and communicating with participants when their certifications are about to expire. 

    • Develop proficiency in use of Salesforce.

  • Instructor Experience

    • Assist with staffing processes and coordination as needed.

  • Equipment

    • Assist with training equipment preparation when needed.

  • Company Compliance 

    • Assist in fundraising and partnership opportunities.

    • Assist with internship/volunteer program.

    • Assist in permit and program logistics as needed.

This position is designed to be 15-20 hours per week.

Salary Range

Pay for this position starts at $20/hour with the opportunity for a six month evaluation and salary bump.
