Key Responsibilities
Administrative
Manage BMG’s online presence including updating the website.
Monitor all participant questions through company inboxes.
Register participants for programs including collecting and organizing contact information, liability waivers, and medical forms.
Communicate with participants for all pre and post-program information including editing informational packets, updating and filing participant evaluations, and answering any participant questions.
Manage the certification process including registering participants into the online curriculum and monitoring their progress, sending out completed certifications, and communicating with participants when their certifications are about to expire.
Develop proficiency in use of Salesforce.
Instructor Experience
Assist with staffing processes and coordination as needed.
Equipment
Assist with training equipment preparation when needed.
Company Compliance
Assist in fundraising and partnership opportunities.
Assist with internship/volunteer program.
Assist in permit and program logistics as needed.
This position is designed to be 15-20 hours per week.
Salary Range
Pay for this position starts at $20/hour with the opportunity for a six month evaluation and salary bump.
